Which countries do you ship to?

  • We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping and to many countries via Standard Shipping, all with free shipping. Shipping methods may vary due to different circumstances. The available shipping method(s) will be shown during Checkout before the payment page.
  • Note: For certain countries and regions (such as Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro, Sri Lanka, and others), we are unable to provide Express Shipping due to force majeure factors. This may change due to unforeseen events like pandemics, wars, or similar disruptions.

How much does shipping cost?

  • We offer free shipping for all orders, with Standard Shipping via YunExpress to most countries/regions. This includes the United States, the United Kingdom, most countries in the European Union, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and more.
  • Please note that while we cover the shipping cost, any applicable import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay for taxes or customs duties, the shipping cost will still be deducted from the total payment, and additional charges may apply for returning the parcel.
  • For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges for Standard Shipping. If extra payments are required, we will contact you. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?

  • For in-stock products, your order is guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours. Custom items may take longer (please check with our staff for more details). During normal non-sale periods, once your parcel is shipped:

    Standard Shipping: It typically takes 2-3 weeks for delivery after shipment. However, for certain countries/regions, the shipping time could extend up to 2-3 months, depending on your country’s customs procedures. Please note that the shipping process is beyond our control, and EWEADN does not offer refunds for delays due to customs. We recommend factoring in this waiting time or contacting us for advice if you're in a hurry.

    We only offer Standard Shipping via YunExpress, and unfortunately, express shipping or DHL upgrades are not available.

    Note: Shipping methods and durations may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, pandemics, or other events.

  • If the parcel fails to reach the recipient due to any of the following reasons, the customer will bear the consequences and related costs:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address or phone number provided by the recipient

    • Courier unable to reach the recipient

    • Refusal to sign for the parcel

    • Loss or damage caused by selecting “no-signature delivery” option

    • Refusal to pay local taxes/fees

    • Refusal to provide necessary documents for customs clearance

    • Parcel lost/stolen due to recipient negligence or failure to respond in time

Who is responsible for paying import taxes/custom fees?

Customers are responsible for any customs, import, or processing fees applicable to their parcel.
If customs fees or the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost is still payable. EWEADN will only arrange a refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

How can I get help with my order?

Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the contents and ensure that the package is in good condition before signing for it. We strongly recommend that you record an unboxing video to capture both the packaging and the contents of your order.
For any faulty or missing items, please contact us via email at support@eweadn.com for after-sale service. Please provide the following details:

  • Send an email to support@eweadn.com with a clear subject line

  • Include your order number and clearly state the issue

  • Attach photos or videos showing the faulty or missing product, with the shipping details on the parcel packaging clearly visible

If the photos or videos provided are insufficient to prove the issue, we may reach out for further clarification. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund (where applicable). For incorrect products, EWEADN reserves the right to decide whether the incorrect item needs to be returned. Please contact us first via email. Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.

How do I cancel my order?

Order cancellations or modifications can only be done manually by our staff, provided that the order has not been processed by our Warehouse Team.
As our Support Team may not be available on non-working days or weekends, please place your order wisely, as support for such requests cannot be guaranteed outside of working hours.
If you really need to cancel or modify your order after purchase, please contact us via our support email (support@eweadn.com) or website chat. We will assist you with the changes if possible.

Will I receive tracking details for my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email. You can track your order online using the provided tracking number. If you do not receive the emails or have trouble tracking your order, please feel free to contact us for support.
